Net 30 days, F.O.B. St. Louis, Missouri. Carrier charges and insurance are prepaid and added as a separate charge on your invoice. All orders placed with P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc. are subject to acceptance or rejection. P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc. is not responsible for clerical errors.
Damage Claims
Should you receive damaged goods, it is imperative that you save all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. Once the goods are turned over to the carrier by us, they become your responsibility. While we will assist you, all claims should be reported to the carrier immediately.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Hazardous Materials
Materials designated as hazardous are subject to government shipping restrictions. These items will be shipped via the best possible method as determined by P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc.. In some instances, hazardous materials will be shipped separately from other goods on the same order. Some products may be subject to a hazardous material handling charge due to special packaging and shipping requirements. EXPORT: All hazardous materials are available for export via air freight only. In addition, items designated as hazardous require special packaging. Please request a quotation for exact packaging and handling charges.

Term; Termination
