One-Piece 6-32 PEEK™ MicroTight® Fittings • Use with our MicroTight® unions, adapters, Inline MicroFilters and NanoPorts&trade • Sturdy PEEK polymer material • Versions for 360um, 1/32" OD Tubing and .025" OD MicroTight Tubing Sleeves These MicroTight fittings are designed for use with Upchurch Scientific brand MicroTight Unions, Adapters, Inline MicroFilters and some NanoPort Assemblies (lab-on-a-chip connections) — for easy connection of fused silica and other capillary tubing. One version has a thru hole designed for use with our .025" OD MicroTight Tubing Sleeves while the F-126 works with 1/32" OD tubing. The F-124 works to direct connect 360um OD capillary tubing. For ease of tightening, use our Micro Extender Tools. These fittings are manufactured of PEEK polymer, have 6-32 threads, and will withstand temperatures to 125°C. Versions requiring sleeves will hold to 4,000 psi (276 bar); those not using sleeves hold to 5,000 psi (345 bar). NOTE: The MicroTight Fittings family also includes a female nut/ferrule system with 5/16-24 internal threads used with specific capillary tubing ODs.
