Micro Static Mixing Tee

This totally biocompatible, chemically resistant Micro Static Mixing Tee is designed for flow rates of 20uL to 250uL, making it ideal for micro flow analyses. With a swept volume of only .95uL (including frit volume), this PEEK™ polymer and Kel-F® (PCTFE) tee adds only about 20 psi (1.4 bar) backpressure to most systems (within the stated flow rate range).

The M-540 has a 0.5um PEEK frit, with a KEL-F® ring, in the center port to aid in mixing. The M-540A has no frit.

The Micro Static Mixing Tee is designed to connect to 1/16" OD tubing and has a maximum pressure rating of 5,000 psi (345 bar).
