NanoTight® Fittings

• Best available option for connecting capillary tubing into 10-32 coned ports

Upchurch Scientific® NanoTight fittings offer the best available option for connecting capillary tubing into standard 10-32 threaded, coned ports normally designed for 1/16” OD tubing. When combined with NanoTight® Tubing Sleeves, these fittings work with tubing ODs from 70um to 1mm.

Each NanoTight fitting employs one of a selection of PEEK™ polymer nuts with an innovative, high-pressure ferrule manufactured from Tefzel® (ETFE) polymer. When combined with an appropriate NanoTight sleeve, this ferrule allows the nut to drive the compression and hold up to 4,000 psi (276 bar) – even with repeated use.
