Flangeless SealTight™ System • Flangeless system holds 1/16" OD tubing as high as 5,000 psi in 1/4-28 Flat-Bottom Ports • Fingertight convenience • Sturdy PEEK™ or Delrin® material This Flangeless SealTight Fitting design makes high pressure flat-bottom 1/16" OD tubing connections possible. The ferrule consists of two PEEK™ components pressed together to create a single ferrule capable of holding PEEK tubing to pressures as high as 5,000 psi (345 bar). Additionally, this design minimizes tubing twist. Typically, 1/4 turn past the point of initial compression is will completely tighten the nut and ferrule combination. This small amount of tightening after the ferrule has "grabbed" the tubing virually eliminates any chance of the fitting "backing out." Upchurch Flangeless SealTight ferrule must be used exclusively with the Upchurch SealTight Delrin or PEEK nuts and vice versa.
