PEEK™ Frits

Upchurch Scientific® PEEK (polyetheretherketone) polymer frits offer exceptional physical strength and uniform porosity. Our tests show the porosity of these frits to be more consistent than most other traditional frits on the market (including our own stainless steel frits).

Many of our PEEK frits have a Kel-F® (PCTFE) ring for best performance and enhanced sealing. The porous frit matrix is comprised of 100% PEEK, and our frits are available in a variety of porosities ranging from 0.5 um up to 10 um.

We recommend PEEK frits in applications where chemical inertness is a concern. Furthermore, the rigid properties of PEEK make these products suitable for a wide array of low and high pressure applications.

NOTE: The manufacturing process may cause some slight color variance. This does not affect the quality or porosity of these frits.
